"This property was amazing. The owners were so sweet and I wished I would have stayed an extra day just to hang out on their beautiful property. Highly recommend. "

"We loved our time in Charlevoix. This big beautiful house was a good fit for our large family group, ages 1 thru 71.Pros - location is fantastic: fun beach access, beautiful views from the porch, and an easy walk to downtown. Plenty of bathrooms, and most bedrooms with queen-sized beds, which can be hard to find. We had a couple of maintenance issues that the host resolved right away, which was much appreciated. Cons - lots of small rooms, so no easy place for the whole group to gather together for meals, etc. The house is old and has its quirks, and shows some wear and tear inside. The listing says “air conditioned,” so we were surprised to find it in only 1 room (one of the 2 small kitchens) with a window unit. Luckily, the weather was not overly hot and there were fans, but a bit misleading.Overall, it’s a great old house, with a lot of history and character, in a terrific location. Would return. "
Short Walk to Sandy Dunes | Lake Michigan | Adjacent to Mt. McSauba | Firepit
10/10 Excellent
"This was the perfect place to stay for a girl's weekend away, with a super close walk to Lake Michigan. The wildlife around the area was beautiful and we even got to see a cute little porcupine shuffle into the woods. I 100% recommend and will definitely be trying to come back in the future!"
" Very clean and cozy. The beach was so close and so were the trails. Beautiful neighborhood to walk in. Spectacular sunsets. We will definitely be back. Nancy had everything spelled out so clearly. Lovely details."
"This house was more than spacious enough with a great yard & new grill. The location is just a short distance from Lake Michigan, an easy bike ride. Also 4 new bikes are provided with the house, just bring your own helmet! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Northern Michigan!"

"Would stay here again. Very nice clean, beds were comfortable, (only queen beds as stated & for the luxury this home is only missing King Beds)
They are correct, if staying anytime during winter Big 4-wheel drive is necessary, CRAZY, STEEP, WINDING DRIVEWAY- keep in mind we live in the UP so we are used to this type of thing. "
