"I stayed at the Baxter Park inn back in October 2023, and liked the hotel, so I booked it again for this trip. Millinocket doesn't have a lot going on, but my trip was mainly for visiting Baxter State park and the nearby hiking trails. The housekeeping service is excellent - especially in this post COVID world."

"Our stay in Lincoln, Maine was absolutely wonderful! The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway, but what really made the trip unforgettable was the town of Lincoln. Lincoln is truly a hidden gem in Maine. The area is surrounded by stunning lakes that are perfect for kayaking, swimming, or simply taking in the peaceful views. There are plenty of trails for hiking and exploring, which made it easy to spend the whole day outdoors. After our adventures, we loved heading into town for shopping and enjoying the local restaurants—every meal felt warm, welcoming, and full of that Maine charm. What stood out the most was how everything felt so close and accessible, yet still peaceful and quiet. Lincoln has the perfect balance of natural beauty and small-town convenience. It really is a magnificent place to visit, and we can’t wait to come back again! "

"I didn’t get to stay there (yet) because I was held up in my light aircraft by weather and couldn’t get into Lincoln. Under the contract I forfeited my lodging fee, but they called me and offered to switch it to next time I came into town at no charge. It was an amazing act of generosity and hospitality.
