"The unit is located toward the back of the building, so there was no road noise at all. I’ve stayed in multiple units in both the north and south buildings, and I continue to return.This unit includes a dedicated parking space directly in front of the garage, conveniently located almost directly below the balcony. The sunrise views from the balcony are very nice, and the location directly across the road from the beach is a major plus.The owner is extremely responsive and resolved a TV issue the same day I contacted her. While the interior is a bit dated, the furniture is comfortable and well maintained. Overall, this unit is definitely worth a return visit."

"This place was amazing and clean just don’t do it pictures we are a bigger family and boys are big boys and their was plenty of room for all of us the host was very helpful and had good communication this is definitely a place we will return to something for everyone our grandson our two teens and all of the adult kids always had something to do or was able to walk or bike to gas station a few mins to walk to it and beach and a short drive to Dayton but out of the huddle and bustle "
