"The room was so comfortable and bedding and towels smelled so clean and fresh! The staff were all so friendly! The breakfast was out of this world! Those ladies hosting totally knocked it out of the park! They had hot, fresh, delicious breakfast items constantly full! They had the biggest smiles and made it a point to greet all of us and offer refills on our drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for making our trip so much more enjoyable!"

"Hi there, the floors in the hotel, all areas I saw were dirty. meaning that there was accumulated dirt where the ceiling meets the floor without exception: elevator, hallways, breakfast area, room. (I couldn't tell on the carpeted areas, but ALL hard surfaces). Also, the bathroom had to be cleaned."

"Overall the hotel was clean. The pillowtop bed was very comfortable, although i wish they would use sheets that were big enough to fit on to a pillow top mattress. The room was big and the kitchenette came in handy. This was Spring graduation weekend at Texas Tech, so the room prices were jacked up 300% everywhere in Lubbock. I get it, but it was worth $900 total for a 2 night stay. Waddayagonndo?"

"My stay was wonderful. I was driving from northwestern New Mexico to southeastern Texas with my kitty - a long drive - and spent the night about half way. The room was beautiful and comfortable, but the thing that impressed me the most was the helpfulness and hospitality of the staff. The young man who checked me in was so nice. This morning, I took my bag down to my car. When I returned to my room, I could not find my cat. I looked everywhere and called for him, but he didn’t answer. Finally, I went to the front desk. DeMonica was on duty and she was so kind and helpful. She knew immediately what had happened and helped me find my cat. She really went above and beyond to be of service. I can’t tell you how much her kindness and helpfulness were appreciated. You have a great staff - especially DeMonica."
