"Needed a one bedroom,
pet friendly
place with a fenced in yard. The place met my needs. The house is on a very busy and loud street. The air conditioners in the unit are in-wall units. The bedroom unit is loud , especially when it kicks on. When you walk out into the backyard, the gutter above has holes and the a/c drain water drips right over the door. Also, the grill doesn’t work. Was nice to do a load of laundry in the attached laundry room. The appliances are new and nice....
