"Location right on beach is what you are paying for- the beach is beautiful and steps from the hotel. Staff is great and very friendly. Rooms are average and need maintenance. The light over the shower had water coming through it (scary) and the door to the room whistled when the wind blew. Food choices are limited and way over priced for the quality. Dinner at Balene was disappointing - my lobster was chewy. No other eating establishments are close enough to walk to so you have to either drive or order food if you don't want to eat onsite the entire time. Overall we had a nice time because we came for beach and sun, but would not stay here again. "

"Overall, clean hotel with nice facilities. The only negative was some broken glass in the balcony pierced my daughter’s foot so we have to male an early drive to the grocery store for first aid stuff. Hopefully they check the balconies real good so it won’t happen to somebody."

"We love visiting this property. Amazing grounds like old Naples and Florida in the 60s. Rooms quiet, remodel done well and very comfortable. The room on the parking lot was buffered by trees and quiet. Breakfast was just right. Pool super clean and relaxing. Check to make sure you get the room you want such as sliding door with pool view vs smaller standard room etc. It may not be ckear if you are using Expedia. We just loved the property, 5 stars. "

"This hotel is advertised as #1 in Naples. Well all the hotels in Naples must be awful. The place is old and crusty. It’s not unclean and the staff are fine, but honestly - given the price - it was not what we expected. Very disappointed."
