Girls vacation

Loved going to the beach with my 2 nieces and close friend & her daughter. It was so convenient to the beach & always had music down by the pool. Loved the men & women who danced for Luau night on Thursday. We would go back🏖️

Upgrades Needed

Overall the experience was okay, but the property needed upgrades. Especially the elevators!! The entire time we were there one or the other elevators in A tower were down and we even were stuck on one of them for a while while they had to pry the door open. They need to replace and/or upgrade their elevators for sure. They are small and there is no circulation in them.

The view was excellent, my room was not good. Outdated furniture, very strong musty smell, bathroom had cracked toilet seat an peeling paint. What i seen on the pictures of the room was not what i got. Definitely a misadvertisement. Wasnt really happy about that at all.

Beautiful view of ocean.

Very pleasant staff. Easy check in. Great location. Two steps down into living area not mentioned in description, not good for anyone with disabilities including stair issues. Room needed a little TLC but overall acceptable.

Awesome Beach Vacation

We had an awesome relaxing stay at Beach Cove Resort. Check-in process was easy and quick. The resort hot tub and pool were nice. The walk to the beach was only 1 minute! Couldn't figure out how to turn on shower, called front desk and they told us to pull it really hard and it worked! Shower was perfect! Asked for clean towels and they were delivered. We had an awesome time! We will definitely come back! Great location to restaurants, shopping and coffee!

Cleanliness near pool poor

Cleanliness around pools needs improvement. The pools were gross stuff floating in them. Sand in pools. Trash floating in fountain. Junk and trash around plants and lazy river.

Beach Cove Resort

The check in process was frustrating although no problem from the host. Front desk staff is not knowledgeable about procedure when using Vrbo The unit was ok out dated furniture and the linens were very worn/cheap. Bring your own. Do not eat in the cafe the food is terrible. The beach saved the trip.

Excellent customer service

We had a check in time of 4 but also had a wedding starting at 4 that was 30 minutes away from the hotel. The front desk was extremely helpful and polite with assisting us in getting a room that was ready so we had time to get to the wedding on time. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!!

This place is in need of major upgrades or major cleaning, many repairs are needed. The room and the pools are much bigger in the photos online than they really are. Very disappointed in the lazy river. It's really a kiddie river. The room has no space to store your belongings. The closet was small. Not sure how it can live up to 6 ppl when 3 ppl already felt overcrowded. Lastly, there aren't any staff working at late hours. We didn't feel safe walking inside the building.

Great value, nice stay

Great view, nice little condo. Comfy beds, nice pools and lazy river for the kids. Beach was clean, with umbrellas for rent if you didn’t bring one. Restaurant had a great breakfast buffet, and the poolside bar had a great selection of drinks, as well as smoothies for the kids. Loved that we didn’t have to bring towels or linens. Kitchen was basic, but nice to have coffee maker with coffee provided. I liked being able to cook, but also call downstairs if I needed something. Missed the description that it was an efficiency stove, so I would have liked to have had a full stove. But full size fridge and freezer was great. The resort itself could use a few ice makers every other floor or something. overall great value for the money, right on the beach. Many other places we looked at reserving were twice the price. Would definitely go back.
