WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Went to bed and felt biting. Took photos of bugs and contacted host. Advised him I was leaving. Next day, paid Orkin Pest Control to inspect. My brother told me police came and I'm not allowed on property. Orkin confirmed bugs and larvae. Evidencewas providedto VRBO. HOST REFUSEDTO REFUND!!! VRBO NEVER PROVIDED REBOOKING OR HOTEL!!! Had to sleep in car and after paying nearly 3K for 2 week vacation, had to pay for hotel!!! My brother, his girlfriend and their dog stayed because no bugs in their bedroom. I NEVER STAYED 1 NIGHT!!! Host still trying to make me pay for 2 dogs. VRBO Confirmed all facts and then they confirmed by email and phone voice mail for rebooking, then REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING UNDER THEIR BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE!!!
