Excellent Stay

Condo was neat and clean and well stocked. Close to all activities and eating establishments. Property management kept the premises safe and clean at all times. Great option for beach and pool.

Myrtle (Like long ago)

Property was decent. View from the balcony was outstanding. It lacked things we were used to, like a set of sharp knives, hair dryer, garbage disposal. The drains were slow.. Overall it was nice place and we would rent again.

Great Location

Clean building, great ocean view, and convenient parking. We’ve stayed here two times but different units. Both were great. I wish they had beach towels which would have been ideal, but enjoyed our stay.

Condo was in great shape, very clean, spacious, decorated nicely. Excellent view and well stocked for kitchen items. Liked the closeness of the beach and pool. Really liked the carts to carry items to the room.

Loved this place! The floor to ceiling windows were perfect for enjoying the view. Beds were comfortable, pillows adequate. Glad there was a washer and dryer in unit. Could have used a few more towels and wash cloths

Great Condo

The condo was clean and well appointed. The decorations were nice and there was plenty of room. Parking was very easy. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that the condo, pool, and exterior doors required an actual key to enter. It would be nice if there were key pads and codes instead.

Bargain for the price

If it was just my husband and myself that had been on our beach vacation, I would say this place is perfect. But it rained part of every day and the place was just too small for four adults and two active children. Oddly there were only five chairs at the dining table. Management company was excellent and responded quickly to a minor repair that we discovered upon our check-in. Beds were very comfortable.

One of the best stays ever

I was a little skeptical as the images in the listing are amazing and show a great view of the ocean. In reality, I found that the actual view was way better than in the pictures. The area was not noisy and the condo had the best views. As the beach is very safe in this part, we walked on the beach pretty late in the night as well ( there were many people walking around till 1 AM). This place is just amazing. It has got a great view, a great location, and a very easy-to-deal with property manager. I would surely go back to this place.

Nice Condo in a good location

The condo itself is very nice with an updated kitchen and very nice showers. There were some very minor maintenance issues like the towel rack fell apart in the master bath and a torn seat cushion on one of the dining chairs. It is a little smaller compared to North Myrtle Beach places we've stayed in the past but none of this effected our stay. The balcony is not private and is small but serviceable. The facility needs some update but it appears that they are working on that. Parking is as a premium. All in all we would stay here again.

The master bedroom needs a new matress. My husband could not get comfortable on any of the beds. The bedroom with the 4 post her is light ALL THE TIME. Not good for sleeping.

Nice recently refurbished condo with excellent view

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if this unit available. Entry in/out of the condo and building cumbersome and the building itself needs updating. Inside the condo it is clean, bright and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, flatware, pots,pans, snd serving bowls if cooking. I could have used a cutting board or butcher/chef knife. Be sure to bring your hairdryer as mentioned in description. There is no ice maker so you may want to bring in ice as it takes a few hours to make it in the trays provided. All in all an excellent stay!!Thank you!

Great spot at the beach

Wonderful condo! Very clean at check in, and getting in was a breeze. Condo has quick access to stores and entertainment, and less than five minutes to two large grocery stores. Two elevators and plenty of carts for cargo made trips in and out very simple. Property had washer and dryer, only complaint was noise of those units when running. We tried to wash at night at first and probably woke some neighbors! We left some soap(dish and laundry), trash bags, sugar packets for coffee, and toilet paper(only one spare roll per bathroom). These things weren’t provided so hopefully we helped the next guests! Checkout was just as quick as getting in. Great property for the value.

We were given the wrong keys when we got there, but the property management team quickly resolved it and were very helpful fixing the WiFi password confusion as well. The condo was very nice, and the building well maintained. Zero problems with the elevators, parking or anything at all with the property itself. We've rented many different condos at NMB over the years and this was one of the nicest stays. I really like the fact there are only 45 units in the building so "your" beach is never really crowded. We'll definitely be checking here again the next time we go!
