This property was average. What we did NOT like was that the beds were hard as rocks!! The furniture and facility itself is very aged and does not look like the pictures we viewed that made us choose this property for our anniversary! We did like that it was spacious and oceanfront.

# View, View, View!! One bedroom suite with living room, full kitchen, big bathroom and a Murphy bed for a great price looking straight out at the ocean. There’s numerous pools to choose from. They offered discounts to many local places/ activities. The cafe has an excellent breakfast. Theres a pool bar and restaurant and bar. Really happy with stay

Our room itself could use some updating but overall great stay. Clean rooms on arrival. The front desk staff are soooo nice and accommodating. Parking garage was easy to use and close to hotel. Lots of swimming options indoor and outdoor! Right on beach, Close to everything. No complaints, would stay here agan.

The bottom base of our bed was bent, the bathroom door kept getting stuck when closing. The refrigerator had a lot of rust on the outside. The garden tub jets did not work nor did the bedroom tv work. The balcony floor was really sticky. The staff was great and the pools were really clean. Overall the hotel definitely needs an update. Some of the rooms were updated ours was not.

The unit 1139 needs some updates. The kitchen is so small there is no cupboard space to place any food or items that we brought. The room was clean but needs some remodeling. No space to even make a meal.

The condo could have been cleaner. They also could have provided chairs for the beach as there was an entire closet empty that could hold this stuff. We had to rent chairs and it was pricey.

The resort itself is very nice. Love that there are 3 places on site to eat/drink. However they pour a weak drink for the price. We stayed in Tower 1. Our room sure could have used some TLC...musty smell the entire time we stayed making sleep a bit of a challenge. The bathroom vanity was a disaster and the exhaust fan didn't work. Perhaps this could have helped with the musty smell. The shower was the best water pressure I've ever experienced. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was just teriffic.

We are stayed at Baywatch for one week at the end of April. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on in the parking lot. It was noisy every day.we stayed in room 1321. There was a smell of pot every day from the room across from us. This particular unit hasn’t been updated. The carpets are quite dirty when you walk in your bare feet your feet are black. The cupboard doors are in bad shape. The weekends got a bit noisy with lots of families. And this doesn’t necessarily mean noisy kids. There were lots of adults who thought they were still teenagers with their loud music around the pool area and smoking around the Public area as if the rules don’t apply to them. The balcony was quite dirty. It was great to have a washer and dryer and a dishwasher and an ice maker in the fridge. Some areas of the location were cleaner than others. We were in tower three and the woman looking after the lobby area and washroom kept it very clean. The pools are nice especially the saltwater pool that’s heated. The other pools are quite warm as well. The best part of all is why we all go to Myrtle Beach Was the ocean front balcony, looking out over the miles of beautiful, sandy beach and listening to the waves crashing on the sand. There is nothing better than the smell of the salt air at the ocean. I would also like to mention that overall the people in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas that we visited were extremely friendly and we could feel the southern charm and hospitality.

The doors and facings on all doors needs to be painted. As far as the unit we stayed in the walls in the living area need to be painted and living room furniture is pretty worn and needs to be replaced . The beds were very comfortable bathroom and kitchen clean but stove had a good bit of rust on it

There was not any signs of how to enter the hotel entrance . The code of the door was not working properly and the door was almost jammed when trying to open . The place looked old and needed an exterminator ( baby roach came out of the bathroom ) The room smelled like “ wet furniture”. The bedroom was crowded ! Too many dressers and not a lot of space to walk around . Tv outdated and not enough channels . To be paying this much money, things should be in order . The balcony was nice though. Nice view of the ocean and good places to have lunch and dessert on the resort . Overall , wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the money .

Having easy beach access, several pools to choose from was excellent. The room had a little to be desired. Hot tub didn’t work. The updates that had been done could have been updated again. Sofa bed as a sofa, was totally worn down.

How old the place was inside the room very dated appliances very old door sticks had to pull n push to get in . The keyless entry number to long to just remember leaving me to have to carry the number around afraid of losing.

The elevators didn't work, the rental place used a call service that was awful. They continually gave us incorrect information. The a/c didn't work. We paid for beach front ocean view, our unit was right above the 3 pools and very noisy, we couldn't have our patio door open and it was very hot in the room with no a/c. They were knocking on our door at 9:00am to clean our room on check out day.It was a beach hotel and could not walk through lobby in swimsuit. The pools were very dirty. The beach was wonderful and staff at hotel were very friendly.

The facility itself was great! The only qualm we had is the parking garage. Just not easy to navigate two way traffic in an SUV. Other than that this is great family friendly location right on the beach.

Everything in the room was old and rusty. The elevators were broken. A little boy even got stuck on it. The indoor pool water was dirty. Bottom of the cabinet had rotted and the ceiling had mold. I wish I could post the pictures. I will never stay here ever again!!!!

My family and I loved being right on the beach. It was my children's first time in a hotel and seeing the ocean and they were amazed with everything. My husband and I loved the room, the view, and the cafe food was delicious. Worth it and we will be coming back!

I liked the bar and restaurant. I was disappointed that the room was very tired looking and the towels were very rough but not absorbent. The staff was great and the location was beautiful. They need to paint the rusty metal and provide hotel quality towels given the price you charge.

Pros: The room was very nice. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Everything was decorated really pretty, beds were comfortable, and I was very surprised they had dove shampoo, and soap. It was very nice. Cons: The code to get in the room is very long, and they gave us the wrong one. Only one elevator was working, and only one pool was warm. Overall it was a very nice stay. We will come back.

A nice resort but rooms could use some renovating. The happy hour drinks and appetizers where great. Easy acess to the beach. Close to restaurants, walmart, shopping.

Linda hesitant after reading some of the reviews but we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom an excellent size. Would definitely stay here again.
