Staff was very friendly. I must say the staff does what they can to make the best of everything. The level above the hotel management needs to step up with some renovations Some updating is definitly needed in the rooms. The air conditioning system worked but it was old (the smell of it was musty) the smoke detectors were outdated and the furniture could have used a bit of change. Coorporate managerment should visit the facility and make the proper updates to the units. Good job to your entire staff for doing their part to make your hotel a better place.

There were lots of holes in the room, and grass needs to be sprayed for bugs for those traveling with pets. Dog got 2 ticks from the grass.

I stayed here While driving back to Illinois from Virginia beach. It's not a fancy hotel But it was close to the interstate and I could have my dog The staff We're friendly And efficient. The room was small but had everything I needed And was clean. The area around the hotel offered a lot of dining options And the hotel had a free breakfast in the morning.
Stay was good, breakfast was great. Our room latch lock was broken.

No hot water in the morning. Wasn’t offered any discount for it. Careless staff about it. Very worn property, paper thin walls could hear people stomping from the floor above. Please avoid.

There was no one working the front desk when we arrived around 5. Took a good 10 minutes for someone to show up. The room is small and needs updating. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. The cover on the heater popped off and won't go back on.

We booked two rooms for four people. Our room the AC unit was really loud, the fridge made noise unless you propped it up.
The bathroom was clean but looked really dated and worn. When I returned to my room after an evening out, the bathroom was flooded around the toliet and bathtub (and not from us!). Couldn't contact anyone because returned to the room in the wee hours of the morning. No number to call either.
The second room was also well worn and dated too.
Staff was friendly, nice and helpful.
Not impressed at all with the experience.

This was my 2nd stay and i usually wait until after 3rd visit to leave review. 1st stay: the AC/heat unit cover was off the unit completely, and shower made weird noise and took forever for room to heat up. My 2nd stay: Sara was talking so loud during check in and i wanted to make sure she didnt say my room nimber out loud and i guess that was her boyfriend lingering around but just a weird interaction during checkin and the unit cover in that room was also off and just laying on the floor. Also the sheets werent cleaned but luckily i travel with travel/disposable sheets.

Dirty room. Bathroom has mold growing on the walls. Had facial hair still in the sink upon arriving. Shower was also leaking out of the handle of shower, lowering water pressure. Light barley hanging on to wall.

In our room the filler valve for the toilet tank was not set up properly: when flushed, the bowl did not always get clean water in it. The plastic pipe in the tank was loose. You might want to check them throughout the third floor.

This hotel is not fancy by any means, but the rooms are clean and the staff is great! There's a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in each room, and the continental breakfast is quite decent. Overall, a good place to stay at a reasonable rate.

Room was clean, but repairs are needed. Exhaust fan in bathroom needs replaced. Remote for TV did not work.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Price was great. This is probably the quietest hotel we’ve stayed in. Some minor road noise but No loud pipes or loud heaters like usual. It is run down with some stained carpets and furniture, cracked paint. Loose faucets. The entire hotel could some sprucing up. Things weren’t as nice as the pictures but wasn’t unacceptable either. We would stay again.
