Five Star experience at this Hotel- they offered free parking despite online saying guests would need to use a 18$ parking ramp and gave me 3 free drinks at the bar to use during happy hour. Very nice of them to do that.

Rude, unhelpful, unkind, unempathetic, unfriendly, lacking patience, rushing to get out of there for the night —front desk person. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, ever.

Valley View Indoor Pool/Hot Tub/Arcade
The pool and hot tub were awesome. The hot tub was dirty but the pool guys came for service and kindly cleaned it when we asked them to do so. The floor of the pool area was filthy.
