Was perfect location for our concert venue. Could have been a bit cleaner and parking was a debacle.

Staff on reception very helpful with self checkin process and getting us a room earlier in the day (we were lucky she was there to help).
Free laundry and great gym
Booking through Expedia caused the problem with self checkin as the code kept getting sent to their email instead of mine
Amazing experience. We even got complimentary snacks downstairs like water, chips, soda, and some dessert items. There was even a 24/7 coffee bar. The employees were so nice as well.
The good - beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Also nice to have a kitchenette and large fridge. Free snacks and drinks were a plus. Price of the room was very reasonable as well.
The bad - The walls are paper thin and after midnight, I could hear every word from next door, every bang, every noise. While it doesn’t really bother me earlier in the day, makes sleep impossible when it is happening after midnight. Also could hear everything from outside the hotel like car noise, fire trucks, etc. Also, there is no parking on site so when pay parking late night across the street, felt dangerous with encountering drunk and homeless individuals. And not a huge deal, but the common areas downstairs were dirty and the elevator mats covered in hair.
I really enjoyed the property, it was very nice and clean. The little kitchenette was useful and the room was perfect for my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The snacks and accommodations were also great. I will be staying with them again!
The only annoying thing was paying for parking, otherwise 4/5!! Thank you!
Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped inside. My room was clean and very comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen this time, but I appreciated having it in my room. Would consider planning to use it next. Would definitely stay here again!

Free laundry, coffee, pastries excellent. Loved the room, very clean, no complaints except abysmal check-in. 2 staff members (lovely ladies) assisted me.
Perhaps the friendliest, most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. They are clearly proud of the new amenities and made it a very pleasurable stay. The room itself was on the smaller side, but perfectly suited to my needs. It had a kitchenette as well as easy access to complimentary refreshments in the lobby/common area. I’m coming back!
great location, right by the train station that goes to the nfl stadium. the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. they have snacks and drinks at the front that are complimentary. the room is small but the perfect size. room includes a full size fridge, stove top, microwave. the room was modern and clean. you have to take out the trash on your own but it was fine because it is a big garbage bin.

The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again.
Brand new property so it's in pristine shape. Very quiet, fully equipped, dishes, pans, water filter picture. Bring your streaming log on passwords for smart TV. Beds comfy, no ice machine but there are ice cube trays in the freezer. No parking, but there is a cheap lot across the street and meter parking.
On my way to my nursing travel assignment in SD, I booked a studio room with Expedia at Roami at the Fitz in St. Paul, MN. I was looking for somewhere quiet and secure for a couple of days before I got back on the road.
On arrival, I was greeted by a young lady named Deandra (I apologize if I misspelled her name) she gave me a tour of the lobby and breakfast area and much needed information. From then on my stay was absolutely wonderful! Building is secure! You’re given a code for access and you use that same code to enter your room! (I Love that)
Location perfect, downtown area, near everything! I had to pay for parking but I knew that my car would be safe.
My room was clean and comfortable, bathroom had plenty of towels, kitchenette equipped with needed utensils and I was able to open the window for fresh air. (That’s a plus)
Before I got back on the road I was able to do laundry in which they provided Tide pods and dryer sheets. I truly enjoyed my stay and I rate the hotel 10/10!
Roami is a very modern and unique property in downtown St. Paul. However, there’s NO front desk clerk or human being to assist - everything is on-line, which is not communicated effectively in the description on Expedia. Clearly, the Roami sent me messages via Expedia email only to open up the message link to an error page.
When I called Roami directly for assistance to check in, the agent was very helpful and walked me through all the steps to check in and secure my room. It was an unexpected 20 minute process (but I’m a first-timer, so consider the source).
The room itself has a cozy modem vibe, which I loved. Very clean! A nice kitchenette is there, great if there’s a need for a longer stay.
It’s just rather unusual and disconcerting that staying in a hotel, I did not see a single staff member. Not exactly the unique hotel experience that I was expecting.
The room was lovely. It was clean, and very cute. I accessed it via a code emailed several hours before check-in. I did not see or interact with the front desk folks during my entire stay. My only issue was interrupted sleep. The people in the room next door (or somewhere close to my room) were very loud. I woke up to what sounded and smelled like a party. If it weren’t for the interrupted sleep, I would say it was a wonderful place to stay. If I stay here again, I will request a quieter floor.
