Upstairs the large north facing deck deck overlooks the private, fully fenced rear yard. Downstairs is a massive undercover outdoor area. A great area for all your holiday toys, relaxing in the shade, and perfect for watching & umpiring the backyard cricket and family games.
Double drive through garage, as well as large carport area under the home for vehicles, boats & gear.
Located in a quiet cul de sac midway between the patrolled beach & North Haven village where there are dining options, bowling club, local shops as well as safe river baths, boat ramp & pontoon. Just 380m to the Camden Haven River's edge. Perfect to bring the pushbikes for an easy pedal to everything North Haven.
