  • New spacious and well appointed executive 4 bedroom townhouse. A five minute walk to the beach, river and breakwall and within walking distance to North Haven shops, cafes and restaurants.

    Generously equipped granite kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, cook top, dishwasher, small appliances, large refrigerator and adjacent outdoor area.

    Open plan living area with dining table and 8 chairs, 2 large lounges and 2 arm chairs. Queen bedroom downstairs with walk in robe and ensuite access 2-way bathroom with shower only. Upstairs - 1 double bedroom, 1 queen bedroom with built-in robes, large TV room with 2 King single beds designed for conversion into king bed. A full bathroom upstairs with shower and separate bath.

    Ducted air-conditioning throughout. Ceiling fans in living areas and bedrooms. Two flat screen TVs, DVD, CD player, free WiFi. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Single garage.
