"Host was very quick to respond, the apartment was a little older but well maintained, it was clean and the perfect location. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall was because the neighbors kept all 11 of their puppies on the balcony and they barked every day at 2:00 AM. That’s not the host or property’s fault but my goodness it was infuriating. Overall I’d stay there again, if I knew there wouldn’t be a litter of pit bulls keeping me up all night. Again, host and property itself was great! "

"We were in a basement room with a view of the staircase. Check in is nonexistant after 5. You’re given a 2 page dissertation of rules to sign and drop off,then expected to run a credit card down for incidentals by 8am. Why don’t you consider staffing the place.The carpet needs removed it’s filthy. The tv needs to be properly mounted with the wires hidden and the components on a higher shelf. They are on a sofa table that doesn’t allow the kitchen table to be placed for use. You can’t get to the stovetop or microwave because the tables in the way. Everything worked. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head was too low. It’s pretty tired for the price. Hot Springs Village has a lot to offer. Great restaurants and beautiful golf courses. I think there are better places to stay. "

"We had a great visit in this property. We were stunned by the beauty of the area. Had a bath and massage at quapau spa in Hot Springs, which is about a 20 minute drive. The hosts were fantastic and helped us deal with a couple small issues as you regularly have at VRBOs, but you don't always have hosts as responsive to your needs as these. The house was also well stocked in the kitchen which isn't always the case. Thanks!"

"Yasmin's place was wonderful. It was exceptionally clean, located in a perfect area, and was equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. We were able to cook for ourselves with the given kitchen supplies. The bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to do laundry. It was located in a quiet area. Yasmin was quick to respond when we did have questions. We definitely will be back. "
