- This newly renovated gem has all amenities including Starlink internet. A 5 minute boat ride separates you from the rest of the world. The Sand Lake public beach is great for kids and only a 10 minute boat ride. 14' Aluminum boat with 5 HP outboard as well as a canoe included. Large screened in porch with 55" tv and additional fridge. New Broil King BBQ and pizza oven lets you enjoy outdoor cooking. Property located on a point giving you beautiful sunsets.
