Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home in a Resort-like Community.
- This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with expansive views of the golf course in the distance over the lake from the lanai, master bedroom and living room. One of the 2 guest bedrooms can be closed off with a bathroom by a barn door to create an "en suite" set-up.
Enjoy wonderful sunsets over the lake and golf course.
Herons Glen renters will enjoy all the conveniences that the Herons Glen Country Club has to offer (most at no additional fee).
Be it sports (tennis, golf on a PGA certified 18 hole course, pickleball, bocce ball), the numerous clubs (art, chess, photography, travel, quilting, etc.), enjoying the restaurant/bar, the brand new fitness center or just lounging by the community pool/hot tub this community has it all.
The location close to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Naples means that there is plenty to explore year round.
Includes golf cart and bikes for use on the course or around Herons Glen.
Herons Glen generally allows renting the house for 30 days or more at a time. Of course you don't need the house for the whole 30 days. Let me know.
