"Fantastic front desk staff that were totally knowledgeable and efficient. Room was delightful with a fabulous view of the lake. The restaurant leaves much to be desired, limited menu, lower quality food, and slow service. Try the restaurant at the Hampton Inn which is a less than a five minute walk from the Sheraton."

"This motel is in the perfect location. Easy access to interstate. It’s walkable to restaurants too. You’ll find comfortable clean room and a good nights rest. I would recommend. Also it’s pet friendly."

"We loved our stay at the lake house. The home was very clean (by both appearance and smell). The hosts were friendly via message and also left nice touches to welcome us. With two full bathrooms, five beds, and a fully stocked kitchen, our group of five women was very comfortable. When it was chilly outside, we found the living room to be cozy, and the stunning views made it feel like we were on a ship out at sea. The deck area was private and quiet, and there was a cleared path to the beach for walking. We will be back!"

"At check in, the front desk person thought it would by okay to carry on a conversation with another person while checking me in. That doubled the time to complete the check in. Off to an annoying start. Presently this location is undergoing renovation. So that impacts the "look" and useability of the lobby and the Bistro area. And there were confusing/contradicting signs on when the Bistro opened and closed. The room itself was too dark - just a lot of very low-watt lightbulbs. The toilet had a problem and the first attempt to fix it failed. Had to call the front desk again. The second attempt, later in the evening, got the job done, thankfully, but flooded the bathroom in the process. The maintenance guy on the second visit had to rework the anti-syphon tubing. He was most gracious, knew what had to be done, and stuck to it. So kudos to him."
