"There were missing toiletries- 2 conditioners, no shampoos and no lotion. The plug in the tub didn't work. Found long dark hair in the tub and sink. Our hair is grey. The hair dryer worked great. The website touts a hot breakfast and a picture of 2 eggs over easy, bacon, home fries and toast. That's not what we got. No bacon, omelets with spinach but we did get home fries and toast. The room and beds were great and comfy. There were USB ports."
