About this property

3 BR Slope-side Condo at Cranmore. Minutes to Storyland, downtown North Conway!

  • Brand new 3 bed/2 bath condo at the base of Cranmore Mountain, overlooking the mountain. Building is brand new and was just completed in Dec 2020. Located on Cranmore property directly next to the ticket office, overlooking the mountain and mountain biking trails. King bed (tempurpedic mattress), Queen bed (tempurpedic topper) and two sets of bunks with trundles. Air mattress also available. Smart TVs in each bedroom as well as main family room, kitchen is fully stocked, balcony overlooking the mountain, AC throughout. Access to private outdoor heated pool and hot tub for condo owners and renters only. Pool has attached bathrooms/showers/changing room as well as an indoor viewing space overlooking the pool. There is also a small fitness room with some cardio equipment.
    Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, adult & kid dishes, baking supplies, spices, tin foil, bags, small cooler, ice packs, lots of tupperware, etc. Has both Keurig and drip coffee pot. All linens, towels and pool towels provided, as well as lots of extra blankets. Sound machines and night lights in each room.
    0.4 miles to the downtown North Conway area, 12 minute drive to Story Land. Summer activities at Cranmore open up weekends Memorial Day through mid-June, daily all Summer and then weekends from Labor Day- Colombus Day. *Limited use of ski locker for December, inquire for details.
