The place is exactly as pictured. The beds are super comfortable. It could use a little more storage in the bathroom for your toiletries. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean place, comfortable bed, floors need some work(bulging). There is a unique odor throughout the house. Overall good place to stay!!
The owner was very prompt responding. Loved staying here it was an amazing feel and environment. Would recommend to someone else to stay here and communicate all needs to the host prior to arriving and they will do their best to accommodate within reason. Lovely townhome.
It was a wonderful space to get away from the chaos of downtown Charleston and enjoy the comforts of a home. My only gripe would be the occasional the bowing floors, but I understand those are lots of work to fix so it was nothing on my conscious. Also, the shower was amazing.
The house was great, very simple and cozy. The parking is incredibly tight and small but other than that no complaints. You are about 20-25 minutes from mount pleasant, downtown Charleston, and all the beaches in Charleston which makes it nice not being right downtown. The owner does have a very strict refund and cancellation policy which is clearly stated but it is very strict so I would consider buying insurance.
We enjoyed our stay. Not far from downtown Charleston. Neighbor is older but very quiet. There is a train but not enough noise to bother us. This property was very clean. Normally my OCD has me wiping down everything before I use it but I felt comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is there are some spots on the living room couch which looked like someone had tried to clean could be addressed but other then that the property was spotless. Loved the big washer and dryer that looked brand new. Also enjoy coffee on the screened in porch.
Pros: looks nice, very comfy beds, lots of space in bedrooms and living areas. Fridge had a few bottles of water stocked. Parking well marked so easy to find right in front of the house.
Room to improve: near a loud train that shakes the entire house every hour. Master Bathroom is a shared bathroom and very small; a lot of unused space in bedrooms could be used to enlarge the bathroom space. Shower Water was not very hot and poor water pressure. Can hear neighbors on front porch talking on phones.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The property is very convenient to everything in Charleston. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The only downside is parking can be tight and trains run right behind property. However, this was actually a selling point for us, as we love the sound of trains.
Property was nice and clean. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops and a short drive to the beach. Host was very attentive with any questions I had. Our family had a great stay!
This property is only about 10 minutes from the airport, set back in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was super clean, and the hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
Neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. Area is not walkable, but it's a quick drive into downtown Charleston. There is a railroad behind the property, but it didn't bother us at all. The A/C was great, the property was clean and well stocked with a few pots and pans in the kitchen, and the host was very communicative! We would certainly stay again.
The apartment was very clean, and we loved the modern style of the place. We had everything we needed from towels to kitchen supplies. There was some construction going on in the apartment next door, which made it kind of noisy. Overall, we were very happy with the place and had a great time staying there!
The property was as advertised. It is located at the end of the street and is a fairly quiet neighborhood. As others have mentioned the trains do run directly behind the building so they can be a bit noisy.
We enjoyed having our coffee on the screen porch each morning.
The unit was immaculate! Everything you need for a stay was provided. (Even some cold bottled water).
Beds were comfy and clean. The only downside is that the apartment is tucked away in the back of an older neighborhood and was just a tiny bit difficult to find. It is convenient to drive wherever you need to go. The neighbors were quiet.
If we ever go to Charleston again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.
The property is located right next to some train tracks that weren't disclosed in the property description. In addition, the light globe in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom rattles and should be repaired/replaced. Thanks

Pleasant stay
It was overall a very pleasant stay, no issues really. Keep in mind there is very tight parking and you’ll only be given 1 parking spot. We were only in one car so that was fine, however very tight parking. This is an apartment complex so keep in mind there are neighbors close by. It was about 30mins from everything, so not too bad of a drive. Rules are listed in kitchen but we’re not listed when booking, however we did not run into any issues. Communication was great.
