This duplex unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a half bath attached to the primary bedroom. It is conveniently located near the North Charleston Coliseum and PAC, CHS airport, I-526 and I-26. This central location is great for getting around the Charleston area. Within 15 minute drives, you can be in downtown, West Ashley, Park Circle, Daniel Island, or Summerville.

Pets welcome! No large breed restrictions. Fully fenced backyard, waste bags and food dishes provided. $50 pet fee for up to 2 pets.

*While the home is located in a desirable neighborhood and convenient to many area attractions, it does back up to a main road. Both bedrooms are equipped with theater grade blackout and noise reduction curtains.

Johnny Blue skies rocks!!!

Cute place. we came in town for a concert and needed a place to stay for one night. Nice and clean quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to stay after a long concert!! We will definitely be back!!!
