Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimise the impact of bugs on your holiday, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the pavement, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.
