10 out of 10 experience. would come to charleston again just to stay here. massive shout out to chauffeur Tony who is easily the best hotel chauffeur i have ever experienced. Took us anywhere we needed to go! we also had a last minute occurrence where we were booked with a different hotel and changed to here at the last second and were able to do early check in without a fee. My only grievance is my trip was so short i couldn’t spend more time here!!!

The propert is very clean and well maintained. It was nice to have an indoor pool and hot tub. The gym is bare minimal but there is a Crunch gym and others within 5 mile radius that I used instead. There is a Tanger Outlet, Walmart and other dining options within walking distance.

Check in pissed me off. The girl at the front was more interested in talking to the military men than she was making sure she checked me into the right reservation. I end up being charged for the wrong room and no accommodations could be made according to the service manger on nightside. I chucked it up as a loss because I should have cussed the girl out when she kept talking to them and didn’t pay attention to me then maybe she would have gotten everything right. I get you looking for man but next time don’t do it on a paying customers dime.

We stayed 4 nights . Clean, good breakfast choices. Only thing , our room was only cleaned once, always had to ask for extra towels . I could have stayed in an ABB . I wanted to be waited on for our 40th anniversary trip. And we had to leave one day early for a family emergency and no one said anything when we left, no thank you for staying.

I liked the location of the property. I did not like that the rooms did not have a directory, pen or paper provided to use as I have utilized at other hotels.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Easy location to get to and lots of parking. I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning but the indoor pool area was good. I would stay there again however next time I will request a room not facing the street. The traffic noise was loud making it difficult to sleep. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall good place to stay.

We loved this hotel! The room was new and modern, lots of room, very quiet (no paper thin walls), and the
Beds were very comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and kept well stocked the entire time. The pool area was also very nice. Would definitely choose this hotel again when back in the area.

Ants in the sink when we arrived, and found throughout our two night stay. Very noisy. Large piece of plaster missing from wall behind bed. Not the worst in the world by any stretch, and mostly a comfortable stay, but be prepared for a little more neglect than most of this chain, in my experience.
