The property features a cozy living room with a futon, a bathroom complete with a shower and hair dryer, and two inviting bedrooms—one with a twin bed and the other with a queen bed. Stay comfortable with air conditioning and heating, and effortlessly connected with WiFi.

While we love our fur babies visiting, the stairs are quite steep for short 4 legged babies and children so please use grab bars and use caution. Vertically challenged pets will likely need to be carried up and down as will small children.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the historic beauty of downtown Charleston, 5 minutes from outlet shopping, and 8 minutes from the airport, this home places you at the heart of the action. Tiny house easy ride to Charleston

Nearly finished tiny house in a neighborhood undergoing updates. Very easy access to Uber rides and the highway - 15 minutes to downtown, under 10 to cute Park Circle area. Driveway parking was very nice to have.Hostess was extremely responsive and flexible. The price was nice too - hop an Uber, spend the day enjoying downtown and come back to a quiet place to rest.

Tiny place but overall very nicely appointed. Parking is easy and neighborhood is OK. Very good access to Coliseum and not too far from downtown. Bathroom is a little tight but not too bad. Main thing to be aware of is the stairs are pretty steep to upstairs bedrooms. Basically we had to plant bags on stairs and then walk up or down (there are handrail supports to use) before carrying them the rest of the way. Not prohibitively an issue but definitely something to be clear on if that may be an issue. Otherwise, a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood for a good price with a responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.
