The space
Welcome to our delightful home, a cozy fall retreat designed for your relaxation within walking distance to Park Circle’s coolest spots!
Our home is recently renovated and boasts a modern feel. Highlights include a luxury hot tub that fits 6, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds with high-end bedding, streaming Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, work station, free parking for multiple cars, and a meticulously cleaned home. Our home also has a separate bedroom detached from the home that allows for an additional guest and added privacy.
We are located in a quiet neighborhood within a four block walking distance (see map in the photos) to the heart of Park Circle which is one of the trendiest areas in Charleston outside of being downtown. And there is plenty to do for adults and kids alike.
Park Circle boasts over 28 restaurants, breweries, and bars which often have live music, festivals and events, disc golf, tennis courts, and the world’s largest inclusive park which is perfect for kids and families!
Our home is convenient for getting to different areas of Charleston because of its proximity to the major interstates and it is only a 10 minute drive to the airport.
↠ Please take note of a few IMPORTANT considerations before booking your stay ↞
- Trains: Behind our home there is a set of railroad tracks with TRAINS that pass by at varying times. Train enthusiasts will find this particularly delightful, but we want to be fully transparent with our guests about this who may be sensitive to such sounds especially while sleeping. We do have box fans and disposable ear plugs in each room to help with those that like white noise at night.
- Security: To ensure the security of our home when it is unoccupied, there is a Ring security camera positioned outside the entry door, the front of the home, and the back of the home. These cameras use motion sensors and do record video and audio. There is also a noise monitor in the living room. It does not record video and audio. These are no cameras in the house and no camera captures the hot tub.
- Parties: No events, parties, or unregistered visitors of any kind are permitted. This house has a maximum occupancy of 6 (set by the city) and we can lose our license if this is violated. Unregistered guests are grounds for eviction and a fee of $500 per guest beyond the registered amount. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.
- Pets: Dogs of all shapes, sizes, and breeds are welcome! Two dogs max, $50 pet fee. Please supervise and clean up after your dog(s)! There will be an additional $200 fee if we have to clean up after your pet.
- Smoking: This is a no-smoking home. Please be respectful of the owners and future guests by not smoking inside of the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please collect any cigarette buds and discard them. $200 fee for littered cigarette butts.
- Fire: No open flames or candles should be lit within the home. Any candles on display within the home are for décor only.
- Damages: Please report any damages immediately to the host. This includes any structural damage to the home, furniture, linens, and dishes.
- Parking: We have a double wide driveway that can accommodate 4 vehicles. We kindly ask that all vehicles are parked in the driveway and not on the street.
