"Wonderful property located near downtown Asheville with plenty of shopping/food and conveniences nearby(within 5 mins) while still immersed in nature all around. The property itself is quite private and the house layout is open/perfect for entertaining while being able to keep an eye on the kids. You’ve got all the amenities you could wish for- living room with tv and fireplace, sunroom with air hockey table, video game room. The outdoor area is fully fenced with a grill, outdoor heater, and seating. The hot tub is clean and covered so you can enjoy it in any kind of weather. The house is very well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies so you can wash clothes and whatnot if needed. We had one minor issue with a sink not draining and Jason was over with a solution within the hour. We couldn’t have asked for better communication and overall comfort. Thanks again for providing a great space for us, looking forward to next time! "

"The inside was spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the snacks that were provided. We didnt realize it was so close to the road and other houses, but it didn't really impact the stay. The host communicated well."
