The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nice and the full-size fridge not too noisy. Parking was easy, although the driving directions are just odd. Breakfast was fine. There was an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that was addressed by the staff and then resolved by their relocating me. Onsite laundry was not cheap, but what is these days? All told, a fine place to stay and a good value.

I loved the fact that they did not have smelly carpets in the room. The floor was laminate, so no musty smell. Also, we had to cancel part of our stay and the staff promptly helped us to change the reservation and receive our refund for the time that we did not use. We would definitely go back if we visit the area again.

It was a great stay overall but the grab and go complimentary breakfast was missing decaf tea and decaf coffee. We don’t take advantage of the nice kitchenette in the room. Otherwise clean breakfast area with additional vending.

The actual hotel was not bad. It was mostly clean, well maintained, good location, and the laundry service was useful. However, I stayed for 4 nights, and every night was so chaotic. People slamming doors and yelling at all hours, especially out in the parking lot next to my window, and a room next to me had two big dogs in it that barked nonstop at all hours of the night. I went 2 nights without saying anything, but after the third night of very poor sleep, I said something to the front desk and was basically told "lots of people have dogs here. Call if it's happening at night." My very last night there, I had to call the front desk at 11:00 because the same room had people very loudly screaming at each other, continually slamming the doors, and the dogs were going nuts. It was honestly very scary. The front desk person said they were going up to check, and it stopped for a few, but then continued on and off for the next hour. I have NEVER been a complainer and have never left a negative hotel review. But all of these occurrences over the course of several nights in a row made for a very poor experience.

Location is very convenient, being directly off the Hwy 191 (or Brevard Rd) exit from I-26. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby and the staff is professional, helpful and pleasant. Top notch all the way around in my book.
