Enjoy the space of country living with the convenience of the city just minutes away. 3 acres of yard to enjoy, 1 acre fenced in for your pet to run and play. Lake views from the house to sit and enjoy. Nearby hiking trails for nature therapy. Downtown Branford only a couple of miles away has all the charm one would expect of a New England town. Yale and downtown New Haven just a short drive to experience world class dining, events, history and adventure.

We have chickens, dogs and cats on the property. They are friendly but will stay out of your way after a quick hello.

Lovely!

Property managers, Erin & Ryan, are a delight. So friendly. Great communication skills. Location feels like you are in the country but everything is so close. And I can't forget their wonderful, well behaved pets (2 cats & 6 dogs)! So much love!
