  • Welcome to your "home away from home" in North Batemans Bay. This fully furnished 3-bedroom residence offers the perfect balance of a serene bushland setting and unbeatable convenience. Located just a 3–5 minute drive over the bridge to the CBD, it is ideal for locum doctors, nurses, educators, and project leads. The house is bordered by native bushland which you may see on the private deck. It is near the main route, so there may be some noise, however, that ensures a seamless commute to work or play.
    Clean and turn-key ready.
    A full kitchen with plenty of appliances. A chest box with board games, toys, books, boogie boards, beach towels etc
    Unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix and a quiet environment for work tasks Ample off-street parking .
    As the owner, I live in a separate tiny house on the property, providing you with total privacy while remaining on-site for immediate support, maintenance, or local advice.
