"The problem is I did NOT get the rooms I had paid for and the manager blamed it all on the platform. Although I had booked my 2 rooms an entire month ahead of time, the manager said he could not do anything about it!!!"
"Outstanding view of the Harbour. The room was very comfortable and the location central to all restaurants and you can't get any closer to the port. Very convenient for cruising. Our luggage was transfered from our room directly onto the ship"
"we checked into the hotel very late and by the time we got to our room, we realized one of the beds was broken. We decided to suffer with it, even though we had a floppy bed then in the morning the drain in the shower did not work and only one of us was able to have a shower for these reasons I would not recommend this hotel."
"The room and bathroom was very dated and poor lighting in the bathroom. My elderly mother had white socks on and they were black from walking on the floors. Obviously haven't been cleaned in awhile. Have stayed there before a few years ago and it was ok for the money. Will not go back."
"Found garbage in the bed which leaves me to believe that the sheets were not changed, gave us the wrong room, I booked a King and got a double, had to wait 40 minutes to get the right room. Not a nice experience at all."
