Very outdated, needs new carpet, and new furniture in the rooms. Staff is very friendly, but there was no follow through regarding request for the room being made up or cleaned. They ended up refunding part of our stay because it was one thing after another. We would not stay here again.

Aerial photo is nice but street view is not. Our room was dated for what I expected. No daily room cleaning; had one day of a “refresh” (for a 3 night stay) for which we got clean towels but no cleaning of sink, toilet, tub etc & no change of sheets, gross!!

This is a nice property walking distance to ODU. There is a parking garage conveniently located but be aware there is a $10 charge per car per day for that convenient parking. I was not happy to discover that charge upon check in as I missed it in the fine print There is a free breakfast but it isn't worth mentioning. The restaurant in the building is a nice sports bar with pretty good food. Overall, I would stay there again.
