Great view from Unit 1 (where I stayed)
Quiet location, facilities fine.
Did not realise the (non-walkable) distance from main town, shops, food outlets, etc.
Should be declared in advertising. Had to hire a car when it became obvious on arrival.
The view is fabulous and the water is hot. Although it’s not far to anywhere you do need a car as you’re halfway up a hill - hence the view which really is panoramic. The proprietor is kind and very helpful.

Great location but a tired property.
One of the best locations on the island sits above old Kingston and is an easy walk down to the township. Brett the Manager/Owner was very accomodating and helpful, however the property itself is in need of a deep clean and is very tired for its young age (listed as 1999).

The view was good. Not real close to any shops. Cockroaches were a problem in our unit.
Don’t expect the Taj Mahal, but for my stay here, I had a great experience!

Surf and Turf at Norfolk Island
Beautifully located. The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in has a balcony with magnificent views towards the Kingston historic site, the ocean. and the Norfolk pine covered hills. The furniture is simple but functional. The bathroom is not big but has what is needed. Fully equipped kitchen.Bret, the owner is very helpful.
Well maintained holiday property. with very helpful manager. The location is well above Kingston, and offers good walking exercise. It is a 5-7 minute drive from Burnt Pine.

Beautiful view
Beautiful view. Overlooking the sea and heritage listed area. Older property being renovated. Spacious, close enough to town centre just s quick 5min Drive.
This is an older style appartment. The room was clean and tidy. We were checked in by a lovely girl who did not actually work there 😀. Very Norfolk Islandish. There where plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid available- you just helped yourself which was very much appreciated. The view from our room was stunning.
Very beautiful views, when i return to Norfolk, that’s where I shall stay again.
Staying at Panorama Views apartment 1 made my holiday totally perfect in every way.
The property overlooks the ocean and on the other side the hills roll on forever. You need a car but can walk to one of the best beaches I have ever seen and swam in. An idyllic location. Best host I have ever met. Supplied s mobile phone on arrival, organised a car which was dropped off at the front door.

Well located to Emily Bay and Historical site
Thoroughly enjoyed our Norfolk Island experience. Learnt about the history of the Island, enjoyed the walks especially at Hundred Acre Reserve and the swimming at Emily Bay was great. Self catering can be challenging, but there are plenty of places to eat out at.
Very comfortable and clean apartment with extensive balcony only a few minutes drive from Burnt Pine. You wake to the mooing of cows and crowing of roosters. View over beautiful hills and Phillip and Nepean Island and Kingston Penal Colony. We loved it and will book again.
Great views, nice and peaceful, friendly staff and not intrusive, there if we need help or advice.

Older style accommodation
Everything is reasonably close on Norfolk Island but need a car to get around. Room was a little dated. Great views and close to the settlement precinct
Spectacular location in all of Norfolk Island.Quiet and situated central to all amenities..Manager was on Location if we needed him, which was to return the key to the Apartment. Courteous and charming and would go out of his way to inform and educate as many questions we asked..I would willingly recommend Panorama Apartments to all I know.

Apartments close to Kingston
We had two weeks and a fabulous time. The locals are wonderful, time runs at a slow pace. There is walks in the National Park, wonderful views and great weather.
We have stayed at Panorama on all of our three visits to Norfolk. Not a fancy place but very comfortable and ideal for exploring the island. Brett is a good host.

Near Kingston but you'll only get the ocean view if you're on the end room. I had a valley view which was also nice. Definitely worth having a car if you're there as it's not close enough to stroll to town and there are no sidewalks.
