To be honest. Some of the staff was great. The property itself need a whole lot of work. The room “smelt” nice but needs a whole lot of work done to it.

Ok we stayed there June 14-16th. HORRIBLE!!!!! The smoke alarm kept going off every 20 seconds the first night. I didn’t want to fuss with it the first night was TOO tired after driving 12 hours to attend my daughter’s baby shower. Second night I took the battery out and put the smoke detector on the stand. The TV was stuck on ONE channel that kept replaying. So we didn’t have a TV. The whole weekend. The pull down shade for the window did not cover the whole window we used the sheet to cover the gap only to see that they used duck tape to cover the holes on the shade. The comforter is JUST an oversized sheet , good thing my daughter brought a blanket.The floors were NOT cleaned the bottom of my feet was black walking from the bathroom to the bed. Parts of the floors were really soft. We were on the 3rd floor. Yeah we saw the ocean BUT the bar that was on the beach along with the people’s backyards seeing an algae filled pool clouded our vision. I would have said something BUT it he people at the front desk were REALLY hard to understand. Plus on top of that they charged a 16.00 (total for 2 nights) “RESORT FEE” There was NO pool the fence that are supposed to be guard rails were VERY wobbly. Both floors were the same way. And yes I did say we were on the 3rd floor the 1st floor is parking. The stairway was not very well lit.As I said earlier I did not say anything to the front desk, they did not speak English well AT ALL and it was the closest to my daughter. RUN!!!!

This is an old run down property that is nothing to write home about. You’re definitely getting what you paid for. It’s under new management so I’m hoping things shape up in the near future. On the plus side there’s beach access close by and they are located near the highway so you can easily get to VA beach.

This probably was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in excuse me inn The key card they gave me every time I used the door. I had to go down and have it reprogrammed the door going in to the room was a jar. You could actually see through the door all the way around it the blinds they had did not cover the window, the mattresses were awful. The pillows were awful. The TV only worked on USA. The remote didn’t work at all when I got to the room there was only a hand towel and a washcloth. I had to ask for body towel which took 2 1/2 hours for him to bring it to me , this hotel should really not be on Expedia. I was very very upset after checking in and they told me that if I leave, I wouldn’t get a refund at all homeless people drug activity all hours of the night in the parking lot of the hotel, this was just a horrible, horrible experience.

The lights flickered our refrigerator and the television did not work and when we told the front desk, they said OK and no one came for the two nights that we were there. They also added an extra resort fee that it didn’t say on Expedia.
