He was very attentive and listened to any minor concerns I may have had. He is an absolute credit to his industry that he works in, along with the other members of staff. My hotel suite was superb, very very clean. The whole hotel looks stunning.. I came to Ghana, Accra in particular in 2024 and my experience then was dismal and very negative. But something was drawing me back to Ghana and I must admit my faith has been restored by the Kwarleyz Residence Hotel experience.. I will be definitely recommending this hotel to people I encounter when I get back to the UK. This Hotel and Staff definitely deserve 5 stars. Well done guys you all are amazing"

"My stay at the Airport View Hotel in Accra was outstanding. The room was clean and nice, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit western or Ghanaian tastes. The standout of this hotel are the lovely staff. Quick with a “Good morning” or “Is everything okay?” And always a cheerful smile. Exemplary customer service. A special thank you to Atta and Esinu."

"We stayed for two weeks at the Luxury Apartments. Our initial one‑bedroom ground‑floor unit had a few issues, including a noise nuisance. We raised this with Medrick, who promptly moved us to a duplex with a pool view—a huge improvement. The complex is modern and well kept, and Medrick’s service was excellent. Notes for future guests: if breakfast shows as included, it doesn’t automatically cover the on‑site restaurant; there’s a 150 GHS per‑person allowance and anything above that is payable. Towels are limited to one per person with no extra hand or pool towels. Minor quibbles overall—we’d happily return."
