"This house was absolutely beautiful and could not have been a better fit for our group of 13. The layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for gathering while still giving everyone their own space. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking amenities—coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, plates, bowls, and everything else we needed to cook for a large group. It made group meals easy and enjoyable.The absolute highlight of this home was the private beach right in the backyard. Having that level of privacy, stunning views, and instant beach access was beyond amazing and truly made this stay special.The concierge service included with the rental exceeded all expectations. Anything we needed, they were there to help. From arranging a private chef and photographer to booking activities, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Their level of service made a huge difference.I would 100% recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.A quick note for future travelers: North Caicos is very quiet and tranquil, which we loved—but it’s important to plan ahead. There is no retail shopping (just two small gift shops at the port), no bars, and only a few restaurants. Grocery stores are very limited, with minimal selection, so I highly recommend doing your main grocery shopping on the main island before heading over. You will also need to rent a car, as there are no taxi services. "

"We had three couples- watch your head in the loft! Overall we had a wonderful, fun filled trip. The location was perfect with an easy walk to The Shore Club restaurants and H2O beach bar. We walked the beach, kayaked, hung at the pool and enjoyed the fire pit, all steps from the house. Took a short drive to Grace Bay beach, Thursday Fish Fry, The Cave Bar, a couple of other restaurants and went on a group boat tour which was a blast! The house was good for our needs and priced well, but had some deferred maintenance that Wesley will be taking care of. We stayed 11 days and still didn’t do all we wanted to do! Might have to return to the beautiful waters of Turks and Caicos. "
