"We loved staying here. It was the off-season, 9/17, so very quiet, which worked fine for us. Room was very spacious, with good amenities that allowed us to save some money by not always eating out - large fridge, toaster, microwave. We bought sourdough bread, avocados and milk for protein shakes, brought some bars and peanut butter, so really only ate out for dinner. We bought several gallons of water for drinking and coffee. They have a traditional coffee maker and provide coffee in filter bags so easy to use, along with creamer, sugar, etc. Very nice. AC worked great, great water pressure. Grounds are beautiful. Very lush and well maintained. Beach is beautiful, with loungers and umbrellas. 2 pools, one an adult only, 'quiet pool', but both were very quiet. 1/2 price drinks for happy hour 5-7, so that was a nice detour before dinner. Helpful as prices are high otherwise, like elsewhere in T&C. We walked each evening into the busier part of town for dinner, which was nice. Staff was great. Very responsive when needed, and they were amazing when we went to leave and our car battery was dead. Went above to solve the problem, taking a batter from one of their cars to start it! Amazing and we were so grateful. During our stay, we commented numerous times how great a choice it was. 5 stars for us, for sure."

"Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was excellent. We will be back. In the Spring, when the Atlantic is nicer and the whales are frolicking!"

"This place is rely paradise. We found that having our own pool made a for a very pleasant stay. The beach is beautiful, but sometimes, you can only take so much sand and sun and having a pool with shade available was a game changer! The house looked just like the pictures and the entire team made the stay seamless… from booking, to check-in to assistance with transportation. They even have a downloadable guide with all the local info when you book! Thanks for a memorable stay!"

"The house is much bigger and roomier than what it initially seemed from the pictures. Possibly the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed at. From the furniture to the utensils it was top notch. Very much enjoyed our stay."

"probably the prettiest beach I've been to. gorgeous water, no seaweed, and we had it pretty much to ourselves. the host communications were great, the villa manager met us at the dock when we arrived and was super helpful. it was a wonderful stay!"

"Villa Elemni on Pelican Beach is spectacular. The private beach, the pool, the setting – it’s the kind of place that makes you exhale the moment you arrive. Quiet, beautiful, and completely removed from the resort scene in the best possible way. We came as a family of five and had all the space we needed to truly feel like we had a corner of the Caribbean to ourselves.Regine was a wonderful host – responsive, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we were set up for success. She met us at the Bellefield ferry landing, led us to the house, and her local tips were invaluable – including bringing perishables from Provo on the ferry and dinner at Barracuda Beach Bar.Three Marys Cay was the highlight of the island – an unmarked dirt road, a completely deserted beach, and some of the most stunning water we’ve ever seen. We also explored Mudjin Harbour’s sea caves and Bambarra Beach in Middle Caicos, both unforgettable.This house is perfect for families, couples, or anyone who wants to experience the real TCI beyond the resorts. We would go back in a heartbeat."
