You get what you pay for - it's in an old building with poor ventilation. A few 'old building' smells and humidity lingers in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, all linens and towels clean and fresh. All staff were extremely pleasant easy to interact with. Nice breakfast at Keppel's Head was included."

The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again."

"A Lovely Stay in the Heart of Town ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every receptionist spoke really good English, which made everything so easy, and they always greeted us with a lovely smile. 😊 The hotel is in the heart of the town, which is very convenient for exploring and getting around. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was okay and had enough choices to start the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the warm and friendly service from all the reception staff. I would happily stay here again. 😊"

Parkrun is just 16 minutes drive 🏃‍➡️"
