Heerlijk nazomeren
Een ontzettend fijn verblijf, met mooie sfeervolle en complete inrichting. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal, zeker wanneer de avond invalt en de lampjes in Spotorno gaan branden. Gastvrouw Renata heeft met haar tips
En adviezen zeker bijgedragen aan een heerlijke ontspannen en onbezorgde vakantie. Eerdere recensies gaven aan dat er problemen zouden zijn met de koelkast en het koffiezetapparaat; deze punten zijn verholpen. Spotorno en Noli

Garten mit grandioser Aussicht
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Renata hat uns nett empfangen, alle Einzelheiten des Hauses erklärt und uns gute Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt (Einbauschränke im Flur, 3. Bad mit Zugang von der Terrasse, großes Wohnzimmer) und ist hervorragend ausgestattet (Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, unzählige Stühle und Liegen im Freien, Weber-Grill, Außendusche, Markise, reichlich Geschirr und sonstige Verbrauchsmaterialien). Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll - wie auf den Fotos zu sehen - und hat uns gut gefallen. Im Garten und auf der Terrasse gibt es immer ausreichend Sonne und Schatten, je nach Belieben. Wir haben oft die Plätze gewechselt - unsere Favoriten waren die Liegen unter den Pinien und der Tisch unter dem Olivenbaum mit dem wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Auto haben wir meistens unter dem Baum links an der Mauer, 50 Meter unterhalb des Eingangs, geparkt. Der Fußweg nach Noli auf der alten "Straße" ist gut zu finden, ist urig und eine schöne Möglichkeit den Ort und die Umgebung kennenzulernen. Wir haben 3 Wochen hier gewohnt und uns jeden Tag über unsere Entscheidung gefreut, dieses Haus mit dem tollen Garten und der schönen Terrasse ausgesucht zu haben!

prettige woning met fantastisch uitzicht.
alle middelen zijn voorhanden v.w.b. stoelen, ligbedden, keukeninrichting, BBQ.
verbeterpunten: koffieapparaat werkte niet goed, heetwater viel vaak uit en koelkast kreeg voedsel niet voldoende koud.

Villa-Wohnung mit Traumblick
Die helle sehr gut ausgestattete und chic möblierte Wohnung in Kombination mit dem schönen Garten (Webergrill, Gartendusche, Liegen, schattige Bäume ) und Traumblick auf Spottorno und Meer sind ein überzeugendes Gesamtpaket. Renata ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Potemkinsche Aussicht
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei dieser Wohnung definitiv ungenügend. Es hat schon mit dem warmen Kühlschrank angefangen, weil die Sicherung rausgeflogen war. Zudem wurde uns ein falsches W-Lan-Passwort kommuniziert, sodass wir den ersten Tag ohne dieses auskommen musste. Dazu kamen die folgenden Unzulänglichkeiten, die so viel Geld, wie wir bezahlt haben, nicht Wert sind.
Da ist beispielsweise die verschimmelte Dusche (die auch so stinkt), ein verschimmelter, dreckiger Mikrowellenofen, ein versifftes Eisfach und nicht zuletzt eine dreckige Spülmaschine, in der sogar noch eine vergammelte Bohne lag. Überall Staub, Krümmel und Haare.
Im Innern unbrauchbares Mobiliar: ein Sofa, auf dem man nicht sitzen kann, ein Sessel, der durchgesessen ist und Stühle, die fast zusammenkrachen.
Dazu kamen die vielen Ameisen, Kellerasseln und giftigen Mücken, die einem das Fenster öffnen in der Nacht verunmöglichten. Eine laute Klimaanlage gab es nur im Wohnessraum.
Nach vier von sechs gebuchten Tagen haben wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten und sind abgereist. Schade! Die schönsten Tage im Jahr haben wir uns anders vorgestellt; wirkliche Gastfreundschaft auch.
Fair wäre es gewesen, wenn wir zwei Tage zurückerstattet bekommen hätten, inkl. der Endreinigungskosten, weil sauber, weiß Gott, was anderes ist. All diese Punkte haben wir der Vermieterin erfolglos mitgeteilt. Als Reaktion kam lediglich, dass wir uns ja hätten melden können. Was das gebracht hätte, ist uns allerdings ein Rätsel. Das Instandstellen der Wohnung hätte länger gedauert, als unsere gebuchten Urlaubstage lang waren.
Hinter den Bildern im Online-Inserate steckt leider nicht das was man vermutet.
