This is a new community, so construction is still occurring. Typical construction hours are from 7am to 5pm. This inconvenience is out of our control, and have reduced the price to try and reflect this.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Return pool FOB to front entry way sea shell
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Remove shoes before going upstairs! Absolutely NO PARTIES! Absolutely NO SMOKING!
