"I was shocked as to how disgusting and dirty this place was. Showers were glued together, looks like the doors and tiles were coming off. The shower wood barnstyle sliding door itself did not close all the way, would jam 70% of the way through. I would never stay here again, breakfast was medicore."

What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities. "It’s a homey hotel .. love its ambience and the breakfast was amazing with big sierra of varieties . They even serve free ramen for supper . Location is very convenient . Room is very clean and nice , The only downside is if you stay a the highest floor sometimes waiting for the elevator can take a while . Overall I really enjoyed staying here and will return if I visit Seoul again"
