There are better options in the area for the price

The rooms feel dated and could use some fresh paint. Shower and sink drain clog easily. Overpriced for the area and offered amenities. Breakfast not included.

This is my first visit to Mexico and one of my friend recommended about this hotel. I really liked it. The staff here are very professional and kind to help you all the time. Breakfast is really good. Of course for veggies we got very less options to have but for rest got plenty of options. I really enjoyed my stay here. Definitely I would like to recommend my friends to stay here. Thank you

Been staying here for many years every time I go to Nogales or am passing through. The two days I was there, the dayshift restaurant staff was being lazy and took time to attend me. The two females basically would spend time chatting with each other and ignore people arriving or sitting down. Bring back the old staff which now is on swing shift.

This hotel is very nice is in a quiet area you dont hear any vehicles.. rooms are nice beds are super hard and the pillows are hard... i couldnt sleep because the bed was really uncomfortable but other than that hotel was nice. Pool was closer to my room water was super cold but it was ok.. just the bed if i ever stay here again im brinhing my own pillows..

The hallways are run down. The breakfast buffet run out and they didn’t refill the food. It was very noisy all night!

My experience at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff at reception were unprofessional—openly talking about a previous guest’s personal affairs, which was incredibly uncomfortable. After checking in, the digital room key didn’t work, and I had to return to the front desk to get it replaced. Once inside, I found that although the room was spacious, the condition was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty and full of stains, the shower had mold and hair—clearly not cleaned after the last guest—and the carpet was old, loose, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the hotel staff tried to overcharge me for breakfast, even though it was clearly included in my reservation. They insisted on being paid in cash, which felt very unprofessional and suspicious. Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

El parking bien , El Buffet Desayuno Está frío , les falta mantener calientes los alimentos, alberca muy fría el Agua , le falta mantenimiento, más atención en las habitaciones al hacer check inn , el teléfono habitacion no se podía usar ,estaría bien alguien les expliqué cómo funciona , No había Toallas en la habitación, creo tienen que verificar bien esos detalles ,pero muy agradable la estancia . Gracias

Mucha falta de acción en cuanto a los trabajadores . 2 situaciones de incomodidad por parte del cuarto no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado en el primer cuarto y si nos cambiaron . Sumado a eso en dos ocasiones baje al lobby a poner mi inconformidad de que el cuarto de arriba duro mas de dos horas desde 7-9 am con ruidos , niños brincando , golpeando piso entre mas ya que el teléfono de la habitación tampoco servia. Al hacer mi check out solo se me hablo de que cuando volviera tendrían mas cuidado y cierto descuento . Que de verdad no me vuelvo hospedar en este hotel.
