"The property is not in walking distance from the winter wonder land tubing park. Its at a dead end road and be prepared to drive all Ruidoso to throw your own trash. We also recieved the wrong code to the hot tub and didnt recieve the correct code until 4 PM the next day."

"There was a snag because the property had been affected by the fires BUT Heather had another place ready and it was fantastic. We had a wonderful view and a relaxing time. Would definitely stay there again."
