Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
ママ友と女2子供4で予約させてもらいました。 こちらの事情もあり14時にチェックイン可能と連絡もらい14時半頃行ったら、まだ清掃前で窓全開で髪の毛があらゆる所に落ちており、洗面所にたばこも落ちていて最悪でした。 清掃も、全部屋コロコロして、押し入れに眠ってたようなシーツを交換し、トイレットペーパーは使用済みがついたままで、大家さんが汗を拭いてトイレ掃除にまで使用したタオルでテーブルを拭き、冷蔵庫の中はこちら側が伝えて片してくれる程度でした。（気持ち悪いので掃除機借りて全部屋私がかけ、トイレットペーパーも買ってきました） 民泊と表記ありましたが、詳細の表記もなく意味を知らずに予約してしまい、女性・子供しか居ない状態では怖かったのでその有無を伝えたらボスに確認すると。結局どうにも出来なかったのでこちら側で男性を呼んで追加料金無しで泊まらせてくれたのはよかったです。 和室から出ない、外へ出るにも和室の窓しか使わない約束だったのですが、朝になるとまた窓全開でリビングで大音量（2階まで丸聞こえ）で携帯を見て、テーブルに置いてあった私らの荷物も触られていました。 また和室に行くよう伝え、一度和室へ行ってくれたのですが、男性&息子がリビングに居たら息子の隣へ座ってまた携帯を見始め、怖くて息子が逃げてきました。 それに、大家さん？が中国人で会話も翻訳アプリ使わないと全く不可能で、簡単な英単語も通じなかったです。 ちなみに、色々矛盾点などありエクスペディアに問い合わせした所、エクスペディアの中の別サイト？かなんかでの予約だったみたいで、チャットは旅程番号を入れても存在しない、電話も5分？10分？かけても繋がりませんでした。 色々問題点がありすぎて長々書かせて頂きましたが、潔癖ではなく翻訳アプリor中国語を話せてお値段重視の方は良いとは思います。 私はもう二度と利用しません。
