"As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths. This is a problem if you have a morning flight as the bath not open early enough. It is also a problem if you think you can shower in your own room."

I arrived just after 2pm and check in is at 3pm, which is fine as I waited in the lobby, my fault I was early. I was the only person there and tried to check in and was asked to wait till 3pm.
