"The hotel is in the heart of Arusha city center. Great location and walking distances to cafe shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very limited, but they can do better than what they offer. Arusha has plenty of fresh food coming from the farms everyday I don’t see why they shouldn’t take advantage of that. The only one thing that I thought was outrageous was room service. They charge $12 for room service and if you bring any food in your room from outside they charge $10 cleaning charges. For this is not acceptable if you are playing $140-$150 per night. "

The spa was good but in Aruba you must have a doctor for the spa and the doctor at this spa was missing. Many services were not available because he was not there. "
