"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. During our stay, the resort was extremely quiet, it almost felt like we had the whole water park to ourselves! Whenever we wanted to use the games or attractions, the staff were happy to turn everything on for us. We were told it’s much busier on weekends, and I hope that’s the case because it has the potential to be a fun, lively place."

"This hotel was such a welcome respite after my travels. The grounds are expansive, lush, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The pool is gorgeous, and one of the highlights of my stay was seeing Mount Kilimanjaro from the porch of my room in the afternoon. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH ORBITZ/EXPEDIA! We booked through Orbitz only to arrive and have the receptionist tell us they do not accept bookings through Orbitz or Expedia. We then had to pay the girl at the reception TWICE what the booking rate on Orbitz was. To make matters worse Orbitz has NOT given me a refund for this. I called and explained the situation to Orbitz and they said they would get back to me. Nothing from them! "
