"What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior. I believe this is the best personaled service I have received in years and I/we have about 60-70 nights in different hotels each...
