A great stay at the Ibis...Staff were very good and friendly especially Amrita from Mauritius. Carpet in Reception, Access to Lifts and Restaurant area very worn and not pleasing to the eye. Overall a lovely stay!

Basic but comfortable

Comfortable clean hotel 24 hr reception. Beds very comfortable. Great for a stop over enroute. Spain to UK.

It was a good place to stay for a night before a morning flight. Lovely pool and the staff were all very nice. Clean and well kept. Food in the restaurant was not so good though as no was expensive. I also hated the paper cups in the bathroom that kind of disintegrated. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been great.

Dangerous hotel

This hotel is building site, quite simple. The adjoining restaurant has been demolished and is an open building site which you walk through to navigate anywhere in the hotel. Mains and data cable hanging from what was a ceiling. Dehumidifiers and fans running 24/7. Horrendous stench of raw sewerage particularly in our room. The restaurant is a converted meeting room and the reception bar is two chairs IN THE BUILDING SITE. I have to say the staff were amazing trying to cope but quite simply the hotel should have been closed to facilitate a large rebuild. I wrote an unemotional e mail to IBIS and got a patronising response saying that all guests were advised of the building work which aside from being totally academic is a complete lie. iAd hd book in e mails from IBIS and there was no reference to building work when I booked through Hotels.com. If I had I would have cancelled. I stay in around 40 hotels a year and NEVER complain but this is beyond unacceptable.Look at the pictures and please tell me if I am being dramatic.

Tout était parfait à part une alerte au feu et une evaction à 22h45 due à un détecteur défaillant en cuisine ..... Pas cool de se réveiller en sursaut et de se retrouver dans le froid pour une fausse alerte.... Sinon, le resto est sympa, le p'tit dej est super et les bornes électriques sur le parking sont un super bon point !!!

Lits confortables, propreté de la chambre, check - in impeccable malgré une arrivée très tardive. Une petite piscine que nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter. Je recommande vivement d'y passer une nuit, le voyage retour de nos vacances nous a paru bien plus court.

Sejour agreable avec du personnel tres accueillant mais un peu trop dattente pour obtenir la chambre. On nous demande de revenir dans 20 min et ensuite on nous propose daller manger au lieu d'attendre. A part ça, rien a redire sur la propreté. Par contre un adulte dans un canapé lit, cela fait limite en terme de confort. Dommage !!

Estuvo todo muy bien, a pesar que gran parte del lobby estaba en remodelación y estaba todo patas arriba. Las habitaciones, la atención, el desayuno muy muy bien. Cuando esté terminado el lobby seguramente estará super bien. En algún momento volveremos a pasar para disfrutarlo.
